CONDITION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Biloko Voyance undertakes to provide in a professional manner, taking into account the state of the art at the time of acceptance, striving to meet the needs expressed by the User.

Biloko Voyance, provider of this service, undertakes to implement the necessary means to ensure the permanence, continuity and quality of the Service(s) that he proposes, to implement the necessary means to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data exchanged within the framework of the execution of these services, and to reasonably benefit the User from technical developments.

Biloko Voyance acknowledges having checked and validated the Service(s) and having ensured that they are absolutely compatible with its hosting platform.

Biloko Voyance will be solely responsible for the costs related to the installation of the Service(s) and their compliance.

The products and services provided on this site are purely recreational. In no case shall the products and services provided constitute legal, medical or psychological advice.

The User cannot in any case demand a perfect and certain response to his expectations, free from any error or constant and uninterrupted nature.

Relative character of clairvoyance.

Biloko Voyance cannot be required to guarantee results regarding the products and services offered and/or used and/or sold. The User is expressly informed that Biloko Voyance assumes no responsibility for the duration, maintenance or deletion of the services.

The User is informed that clairvoyance is not an exact science and that the answers, predictions or interpretations of the visionaries have a relative character. Seers cannot in any way guarantee a result or the accuracy of their answers, predictions or interpretations. The responses, predictions or interpretations of the visionaries should not, therefore, form the basis for personal or professional decision-making.

Biloko Voyance does not provide any guarantee regarding the ability of the Service(s) to achieve the objectives that the User has set himself in terms of consultation.

Biloko Voyance will take all care to satisfy the qualities of use in the profession of clairvoyance. However, Biloko Voyance cannot guarantee that the answers are free from errors, outdated or inaccurate references.

In no case, the responsibility of Biloko Voyance can not be sought for the choice of selections, the adequacy of nominative responses to requests and, in general, the adequacy of responses to the objectives that the User wishes to achieve. Biloko Voyance cannot be held responsible for the returns of an operation carried out from elements provided by the User and addressed using the means made available to it under the service(s).

To the fullest extent permitted by the regulations in force, Biloko Voyance cannot be held liable for any damage of any nature whatsoever, including notably loss of profits, customers, data or any other loss of intangible property, loss of earnings or any other loss or damage that may arise from the use or on the contrary from the inability to access the service, even if Biloko Voyance has been informed of the potential for such damages.

Biloko Voyance cannot be held liable as a result of any action or recourse by third parties, insofar as it had no knowledge of the illegal activity or information, or if as soon as it became aware thereof, he acted promptly to remove this information or make it impossible to access, particularly due to the publication.

• of information, images, sounds, texts, videos contrary to the laws and regulations in force, contents and/or disseminated, directly or through the use of a frame or a hypertext link, on the user’s website(s).
• infringement of intellectual property rights relating to works distributed or reproduced, in whole or in part, on the user’s site(s) without the express consent of their author.
• of the suspension and/or termination of accounts, notably following the non-payment of amounts due in execution of these Terms, and more generally due to the non-performance of any of the obligations of the user as set forth herein.

The User guarantees Biloko Voyance any possible condemnation in this regard, since the latter had no knowledge of the activity or the illicit information, or if as soon as he had knowledge, he acted promptly to remove this information or make it impossible to access it.

The service can be modified at the initiative of Biloko Voyance. The information of the User on the modifications made to these presents takes place in accordance with the procedure provided for herein. In the case of modification of technical services and in particular when the modification concerns the prices of the service. The user may terminate the service before the effective date of the change or new price. The denunciation of the service does not entitle to any compensation.

Biloko Voyance may suspend or terminate automatically and by right all or part of the service, without prior formal notice from the User, in case of manifest disloyalty noted by Biloko Voyance and in case of urgency, to stop the actions concerned and/or when an advertisement, of whatever nature, makes it clear that any information provided by the User is generally prohibited. If Biloko Voyance notices a serious and manifest breach, it may, without prior notice, suspend all or part of the service.
